RBC is a top ten global bank with over 17 million clients and has been supporting TU20 events since 2018. Through its Future Launch and Early Talent programs, RBC supports youth initiatives with a focus on making opportunities accessible and inclusive.

September 2018

The TU20 Expo is a 3-day event filled with networking opportunities, keynotes, and workshops about the latest technology innovations. Alex Peh, Vice President of Innovation, and Eily Hickson, Special Projects Lead from RBC shared their experiences with over 50 members at our first-ever Expo.

March 2019

For 2019’s TU20 Cup, students from all over the GTA region proposed solutions to aid charities in Oakville. RBC collaborated with the Oakville Community Foundation to co-present the TU20 Cup first-place prize. RBC’s Future Launch also had a booth where students networked with Joe and Brian. In addition to that, RBC provided more than 10 mentors to support our participants, with Peter Choma adjudicating the Cup teams.

May 2019

Each year, Learn2GetHired provides students with the chance to learn about the most sought-after skills in the current job market. Ryan Matthews from RBC was a mentor for this event, sharing his skills with the TU20 community.

Sept 2019

The TU20 Expo shines a spotlight on the most intriguing advances in technology and business every year. For this 3-day event, Brien Convery and Fouad Yousif represented RBC by sharing their paths to success.

March 2020

The theme for the TU20 Cup for 2020 was focused on climate change. RBC supported this 2-month competition yet again through sponsorship, 10 expert mentors, and 2 judges. Qualified mentors are vital to member experience and learning, and RBC has been instrumental in providing experienced talent to Tech Under Twenty.

July 2020

RBC sponsored the TU20 Fellowships program, which provides an opportunity for young entrepreneurs to turn their latest innovations into reality.
